CONYERS, Atha Caroline “Carol” , 61, of Hamilton passed away January 20, 2010. She was born in Van Buren, Arkansas on October 19, 1948, the daughter of Leonard D. and Eva (Smith) Mankin. Carol was a valued employee of local nursing homes. Survived by best friend and husband of 45 years, Bill Conyers; daughter Eva (Bill) Potter; son, Timothy Conyers; devouted niece, Lillie Troyer; sister, Wilma Dahl; brother, Arthur Mankin; nine grandchildren, Lisa, Courtney, Tony, Destinnee, Timothy Lee, Alicia, Megan, Nick and Billy; other family members and numerous children and adults who call her “Mom”. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 S 3rd Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
