Charles Jackson

JACKSON, Charles Clifton, 73 of Hamilton passed away Sunday, December 9,2007.Mr. Jackson was born August 8,1934 in West Union ,Ohio , the son of Hermus and Evelyn (Clifton) Jackson. He attended West Union and Cincinnati Schools, served with honor in the US Air Force and retired from the truck driving industry. Survivors include his wife, Nancy (Laswell) Jackson; three daughters, Rhonda (Paul) Boddy, Jennifer Jackson and Jetta Baker; one son, Charles Clifton (Diana) Jackson II; eleven beloved grandchildren,Desiree Johnson, Jeremy Jackson, Adam Waters, Danielle Jackson, Natasha (Lloyd) Cameron, Lauren Miller, Heather Boddy, Kaytlin Baker, Madison Jackson, Hallie Boddy and Charly Jackson; two great grandchildren, Chyanne Jackson and Xander Cameron who he adored; three brothers, Virgil (Evelyn) Jackson, Russell (Joanna) Casey and James (Tomoka) Casey; two sisters, Shirley Harrison and Debbie (Tom) Gardner ; numerous neices, nephews , sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.He was preceded in death by one son, Mark Jackson in 2000; his parents,Hermus Jackson and Evelyn Casey;stepfather, Willie Casey: his sister, Mary Corson and stepbrother, Billy Casey. Special thanks to the Dr. Sargero, his nurses and staff..Funeral services 11:00 AM Friday, December 14,2007 at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 So. 3rd Street, Hamilton. Burial with Military Services in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Assoc. or to Shared Harvest.
