Crystal Rennee Taxis, age 33, and infant son, Lucas Wayne Roark passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017. Crystal is survived by her father, Gary Taxis; finace, Terry Roark; children, Levi Taxis, Logan McClure and Lilly Tillery; sisters, Bethany and Jackie; brother, John nieces, nephews and other family members. She was preceded in death by her mother, Johna .
