Deborah "Debbie" Ann Phares

Deborah Ann Phares was born on September 2, 1971 and she had the biggest heart and was an angel to all of those that met her. Her smile was beautiful and animals loved her as well. Debbie loved her mom Joanna and dad Ronald and they were always there helping her through her challenges. Her biggest fan and supporter was her brother Daniel. They loved spending time together and she loved all of the fresh vegetables he would pick from the garden for her or the times they watched old cartoons together. Debbie enjoyed Christmas, not for the presents but for the beautiful decorations and lights. She loved anything pink and sparkly. She will be dearly missed by her mom Joanna (Wagner) Phares, brother Daniel Phares; uncle: Vincent Wagner; aunts: Amelia Waning, Mary Rizor, and Jean Yordy. She was greeted in heaven by her father Ronald D. Phares and other aunts and uncles. The family will have a private graveside service at St. Stephens Cemetery.
