Donald Leshner

Don Leshner, husband of Jerry; father of Will and Beth; grandfather of Ami and Uri, died Monday, Oct. 11 at Hospice of Cincinnati, after a short illness. A veteran of WW II, he served in the infantry in Europe (’43 – ’45) receiving the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. The last year of his service he spent as part of Armed Forces Radio in France. Well-known as a broadcaster in the Cincinnati area, he also spent 20 years in marketing at G.E. A graduate of Miami University, Don leaves a brother, Gene and several nieces and nephews. Services by Colligan Funeral in Hamilton. Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Friday, October 22, 2010 at Bene Israel Cemetery, Pleasant Ave., Hamilton. Donations to CHAPS 365 S.
