Dora G.,Hazlett, age 89, of Fairfield, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2013. Dora is survived by her son, Dale Hazlett and daughter, Karen Pringle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Hazlett and son, Dr. John Michael Hazlett. Visitation will be Monday, December 30, 2013 from 7:00 PM til time of services at 8:00 PM at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 S 3rd Street, Hamilton.
