COMBS, Edward R. “Eddie”, 83, of Hamilton, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2010. He was born in Hamilton on December 24, 1926, the son of Robert and Amanda (McDaniel) Smith. Eddie served His country with honor during WW II. He was a valued employee of Champion Paper. Mr Combs was a member of the Washington Lodge #0017 F.& A.M..Survivors include a son, Ron Combs and a daughter, Cindi (Wayne) Clark. He was a wonderful grandfather to Tommy (Carol) Clark and Carrie Clark and great grandfather to Xander Damron, Max Clark and Kayla Clark and brother to sisters, Thelma Smith and Jeanie White.
