Evelyn Kirk

Evelyn J. Langdon Kirk, age 90, of Hamilton, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011. She was the daughter of Joseph and Hazel (Brock) Smith. Evelyn had been employed at Woolco for a number of years. She had been a member of the Hamilton Boat Club, the VFW Auxillary and was an avid gardner. Evelyn was united in marriage to Ashford Langdon and he preceded her in death in 1967. In 1968 she and Donald P. Kirk were united in marriage. Survived by her loving family, husband, Don; children, Richard (Mary) Langdon, Sandra (Langdon) and husband, Robert Goosey, Donald J. (Beverly) Kirk and Donna Shearer; three grandchildren, Monica, Scott and Joseph; sister Dorothy Mallicote and her beloved dog, Pixie. Visitation will be Friday, July 29, 2011 from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM at Colligan Funeral Home followed by 10:30 AM Mass at St. Ann Church.
