Henrietta Fetzer

FETZER, Henrietta E., age 90, of Fairfield , passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at University Hospital. She was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy. At the age of 37, she enrolled at Miami University of Oxford and went on to graduate with a Master’s Degree in Education. For many years she taught in the parochical schools of Hamilton and retired from the Edgewood School District. An accomplished violinist, Henrietta shared her talents with her students and also directed choirs in our community. Survivors include two daughter, Mary Beth (Marion) Kollstedt and Dr. Paula F. Weisenberger; five grandchildren, David (Julie) Kollstedt, Carolyn Kollstedt, Amy (Mike) Therien, Andy (Jessica) Weisenberger and Mark Weisenberger; two great granddaughters, Emily and Ashley Therien; two sisters-in-law, Bertha Stoker and Mary Fetzer, nieces, nephews and friends.She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Fetzer; sister, Beth Forbes and brother, George Stoker.Visitation will be 9-10 AM Saturday at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 S. 3rd Street, Hamilton. 11:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church, corner of Nilles and River Roads.
