SMITH, Jack, 46 of Hamilton, passed away June 29, 2009. Born January 24, 1963, the son of Herbert and Pauline (Kidd) Smith. Will be missed but not forgotten by his wife, Betty (Hubbard) Smith; three daughters, Brandy (Michael) Rowland, Jennifer Smith and Jessica Smith; one son H. Wesley (Jennifer) Smith; six grandchildren; two brothers, Tom Bowling and Chuck Smith and one sister, Karen Smith. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 PM at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 S. 3rd Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Colligan Funeral Home. www.colliganfuneralhome.com
