Joann Roark

Joann E. (Hoffmann) Roark, age 81, a resident of Hamilton, passed away Friday, June 24, 2016. She was born in Hamilton, the daughter of Bernard and Virginia (Duffy) Hoffmann. Joann was a graduate of Notre Dame High School and had attended business college. She had been employed at Citizens Bank and retired from Kroger after many years of service. Survived by her daughters, Lynne (James) Carlson and Shari Davish; an estranged son, Gary L. Davish Jr., who she always loved; grandchildren, James Jr., Amanda, Paige, Sara, Bailee, Melissa and Susan; five great-grandchildren;a special brother-in-law, Eugne Hulshult and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband of thirty-three years, Donald Roark; grandson, Jesse Michael Scudder; many brothers, sisters,and other family members. Prayer service will be 9:15 AM Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at the Colligan funeral Home followed at 10:00 AM by a Funeral Service at St. Peter In Chains Church. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
