Joyce A Connley

Joyce A Connley, age 85, of Ross, passed away Friday, June 3, 2022. She was born on January 15, 1937, the daughter of Thomas C Murphy and Mary Elizabeth (Robinson) Hood. She had been employed in retail sales for over forty years. Joyce had been a member of the First Baptist Church of Ross for many years. She was a loving and devoted daughter, wife, mother and grandma. Joyce is survived by her son, Rev. Thomas Smith; daughter, Dawn (Keith) Miller; 10 grandchildren, Heather (Todd) Thompson, Allen (Abby) Smith, Kelly (Carrie Rhudy) Smith, Mary (Antonio) Fisher, Trisha (Chris) Cook, Tina (Steven) Payne, Lindsey (Ryan) Powell, Jennifer (Matthew) Brown, Sarah (Chris) Dunphy, Stephanie Miller and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Hood, husband, Michael E. Connley, son, Timothy G. Smith, brother, Thomas C. Murphy and daughter-in-law, Lori Smith. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Children's Hospital or Shriner's Hospital.
