Kenneth Isaacs

Kenneth Isaacs, age 65, of Overpeck, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2013. He was born, in Hamilton, on July 22, 1948, the son of Estes and Narcissia “Cissy” (Moore) Isaacs. Kenny was a 1966 graduate of New Miami High School. SP5 Isaacs, US Army, served His country with honor during Vietnam. Kenny, a valued employee, was with Mosler Safe Company for over 25 years, with SCOPE for 10 years and with the Butler County Coroner’s Office for the last 11 years where he was currently serving as Office Administrator. Kenny was one of a kind, a true gentle man, who treated everyone with respect and compassion. He valued his friends and treasured his family. Survived by his sister, who held a special place in his heart and he in her’s, Tammy (David) Adelsperger; sister-in-law, Sue Isaacs; nieces and nephews, Tim (Gretchen) Isaacs, Kendra (Clyde) Taylor, Jason Isaacs, Janelle (Dan) Davidson, Leslie (Joey) Suttles and Tara (David) Elkin: great nieces and nephews, Matthew Taylor, William Isaacs, Dawson Isaacs, Jayden Isaacs, Avery (Cissy) Taylor, Gracie Suttles, Riley Isaacs and Annabelle Elkin; other family members and numerous friends.He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Estes “June Bug” Isaacs Jr. The family wishes to send a very special thanks to the coroner’s office, they were more than co-workers, they were more like family. Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, December 28, 2013 at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 S 3rd Street. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery with Military Services. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
