Mildred Combs

COMBS, Mildred “Mickie”, 81, of Hamilton, passed away Friday, September 12, 2008. She was born in Hamilton, on Oct. 18, 1926, the daughter of Rookie and Carrie (Schubert) Elkins. She had many jobs around town (ice cream shop, Ft. Hamilton Hospital etc) she had a gift of remembering peoples names and loved to talk with people. Survivors include her husband Edward Combs, a son Ron Combs and a daughter Cindi (Wayne) Clark. She was a wonderful grandmother to Tommy (Carol) Clark and Carrie Clark and a great grandmother to Xander Damron and Kayla Clark. She was preceeded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 1 sister. The services will be Private. If you would like to donate to a charity in memory of Mickie the family requests donations to be made to Hospice.
