Robert Ortiz

ORTIZ, Robert, 58 yrs of Fairfield, passed away Wednesday July 22, 2009 at his home. SP4 Ortiz, US Army, served his country with honor. He was a member of Amvets #2, American Legion #138 and the Eagles Lodge #407. Bob was also the lead singer in the Forest Fire Band until his illness. Survivors include 2 daughters Evelyn Bonar and Luisa Kinch, 2 sons Robert “Bobby” Ortiz and Kurk Tovar; eight grandchildren: Kateland, Karrie, Klowie, Robert Ortiz and Gabrielle, Serenity, Sierra and Thomas Kinch Jr.; Mother of his children, Michele (Frederick) Brown and girlfriend of fifteen years Sharon Graves. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 S. 3rd Street, Hamilton, Burial with Military services at Greenwood Cemetery.
