Ruth E. Roberts

Ruth E. Roberts (née Schultz), age 86, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2026. Born on December 5, 1939, in Hamilton, Ruth was a lifelong resident and was known for her devotion to her family, and friends.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Helen Schultz; her beloved husband, William Roberts; her sister, Genieva Mullins; her brother, Joe Schultz; and her sister, Barbara Mick. 

Ruth is survived by her daughter, Sherry Watkins, and son-in-law, Paul Watkins; her great-nephew and caretaker, Shawn Winkler; and many nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.

Ruth retired from Champion Paper Company. She was an avid sports fan, especially the Cincinnati Reds. 

A graveside service will be held at Hickory Flats Cemetery, 4464 Morganthaler Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of Ruth's life.

Ruth's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
